When I first decided that I was going to give my business a shot…I look back now and I’m so thankful that I took that giant leap of faith.
I know what I’m capable of and know my strong points….but I love to learn, grow and only move upwards.
I knew that I was going to run my own business because it allowed me to be with my baby boy, but to also be true to myself and my personal drive to succeed.
Now I have 2 boys…and every time I sit down to collaborate on an event, consult with a new Bride, meet with a new client…plan for the future…I’m just so naturally eager to work hard and keep new things constantly coming in.
I can’t express how much I love to meet new people, the opportunities my business brings, and how fulfilling it is to me.
It’s definitely not easy, and takes a village when you have little ones, but when they are older I know that I am instilling hard work into them, and teaching them to always follow your goals and aspirations…and if you are truly passionate you will find a way to make them a reality. I will be an example of that.
Have I reached the top of the mountain yet, nope…
Do I have tons of more things I want to accomplish, oh yes…
Am I going to continue to work my butt off, absolutely…
As my business has grown so have I…and I’m thrilled to launch my new site today! , and all the people, projects and opportunities I’ve had the honor of crossing paths with so far, in my 4 years going.
When I come back from a holiday, I can’t wait to check my inbox…and respond to people about working together.
When I finish a job, I drive home with a smile on my face with my favourite music turned up loud, and reflect on the day I just had.
I want to thank Cindy Liu from Premier Love for helping put this video together for me…you are amazing at what you do.
I have the pleasure of working with Kim Maru of Maru Photography on Editorial and Weddings on a regular basis, so naturally when I needed photography that suits my personality and business best, I entrusted her and like always she delivered. Thank you Kim.
“I truly love what I do, and I will never take any of it for granted…”
If you are thinking of doing something new in your life…there is no time like the present. Go for it!
The worst that can happen is, it doesn’t work out, but atleast you will never have regret.
